| dc.description | In field and laboratory, mortality produced by two isolations of Beauveria bassiana (B024 and B025), belonging to Cenipalma's Bank Entomopathogens, was evaluated. In addition, the damage on fruits and the effect on the oil extraction potential were analyzed, in order to observe their efficiency as agents of Demotispa neivai Bondar control and to analyze the impact produced by B. bassiana on beneficial species as Elaeidobius kamerunicus. In laboratory, percentages of mortality of 22,66 percent, 60 percent, 1,33 percent and 0 percent for were observed according to the treatments B024, B025, treated witness and absolute witness. In the field phase, the maximum percentage of mortality was 7 percent in the isolation B025. In relation with the effect on the oil extraction potential, losses were estimated by cluster from 0,79 percent in the material Deli x La Me (1979) up to 7 percent dry oil/pulp in the material Deli X Avros (1979). | dc.description | En campo y laboratorio, se evaluó la mortalidad producida por dos aislamientos de Beauveria bassiana (B024 y B025), pertenecientes al Banco de Entomopatógenos de Cenipalma. Además, se analizó el daño en los frutos y su efecto sobre el potencial de extracción de aceite. Esto con el fin de observar su efectividad como agentes de control de Demotispa neivai Bondar y analizar el impacto producido por B. bassiana sobre especies benéficas como el polinizador de la palma de aceite, Elaeidobius kamerunicus. En laboratorio, se registraron porcentajes de mortalidad de 22,66, 60, 1,33 y 0 por ciento para los tratamientos B024, B025, testigo tratado y testigo absoluto, respectivamente. En la fase de campo, el máximo porcentaje de mortalidad alcanzado fue del 7 por ciento en el aislamiento B025. En relación con el efecto sobre el potencial de extracción de aceite, se estimaron pérdidas por racimo desde 0,79 por ciento en el material Deli x La Me (siembra 1979) hasta 7 por ciento aceite/mesocarpio seco en el material Deli X Avros (siembra 1979) y no se encontraron efectos significativos sobre las poblaciones de E. kamerunicus. | es-ES |
