Además se refiere a la entrega de la Visión 2000 - 2020 para el desarrollo de este sector que ofrece grandes oportunidades al país como contribución al nivel y calidad de vida, al bienestar, a la tranquilidad y a la paz, lo cual solo se puede conseguir con el compromiso y liderazgo de nuestro gobierno. Presenta un breve análisis acerca del problema de seguridad, que ha llevado a la población a apoyar grupos ilegales de autodefensa y hace un llamado a la sociedad para fortalecer la institucionalidad. | es-ES |
