| dc.description | Based on with the proven efficiency of the vertical type clarifiers, which achieve with agitation a clarification volume/press capacity ratio higher than 3, this work shows that the operation of a horizontal clarifier with a much lower ratio(1.4) to which a agitation equipment was installed, achieves excellent results, making the cost of the investment 3 times lower. During the essay the effect of the speed and the rotation direction of the agitator were studied, and it is observed that the oil percentage in the ex-clarifier sludge is in average 8% while in the light sludge is in the order of 12%. These parameters do not affect the good performance of the centrifugal of the nozzles. | en-US |
| dc.description | Con la comprobada eficiencia de los clarificadores tipo vertical con agitación que manejan una relación de volumen de clarificación / capacidad de prensado mayor a 3, en este trabajo se demuestra que el funcionamiento de un clarificador horizontal con una relación mucho menor (1,4) al cual se instaló un equipo de agitación se obtienen excelentes resultados, haciendo el costo de la inversión 3 veces menor. Durante el ensayo se estudió el efecto de la velocidad y sentido de la rotación del agitador y se ve que el porcentaje de aceite en los lodos ex-clarificador es en promedio 8% mientras que los lodos ligeros son del orden del 12%, parámetros que no afectan el buen funcionamiento de las centrífugas de boquillas. | es-ES |
