| dc.description | First of all, I would like to talk briefly about the behavior of the farming and animal husbandry sector, whose results in this last semester show dynamism and reactivation of some agricultural activities in benefit of the rural producers and I would like to mention the subjects announced and some instruments of the present sectorial policy which is being applied. A quick look at the sectorial behavior shows how, during the last decade, the farming and animal husbandry sector was negatively affected, faced with the rough change in its competitive surroundings, especially as far as the so-called traditional or short cycle crops and how the sectorial participation in the country's economy has diminished to rates which are greater than those considered normal within the development process of a nation. | en-US |
| dc.description | En primer término, se hará una breve referencia sobre el comportamiento del sector agropecuario, cuyos resultados en este último semestre muestran un dinamismo y la reactivación de algunas actividades agrícolas en beneficio de los productores rurales, y mencionar los enunciados y algunos instrumentos de la actual política sectorial que se vienen aplicando. Una mirada rápida al comportamiento sectorial muestra cómo durante la última década del Siglo XX, el sector agropecuario fue afectado negativamente ante el cambio brusco de su entorno competitivo, sobre todo en lo referente a los llamados cultivos tradicionales o de ciclo corto; y cómo la participación sectorial en la economía del país ha disminuido a tasas mayores a las consideradas normales dentro del proceso de desarrollo de una nación. | es-ES |
