dc.descriptionAmong the objectives of the present Government for the activation and modernization of the countryside, the financing system in general, and that of credit in particular, are outstanding, for which the joint work of the public and private sectors is necessary, represented in the producers, their associates and unions, financial entities and the entire productive chain, including technology generators and transmitters and organs of decision and execution of policies. Because of its high level of competitivity and its availability of fitting resources, oil palm constitutes one of the most important items of the farming and animal husbandry sectorial policy. That is why the financial mechanisms that the Government offers through FINAGRO (The Financing Fund for the Farming and Animal Husbandry Sector) are : Incentive for Rural Capitalization, Farming and Animal Husbandry Guarantees Fund - FAG ?, credit financing and the National Farming and Animal Husbandry Stock Market.en-US
dc.descriptionEntre los propósitos del actual Gobierno para la activación y modernización del campo, se destaca el sistema de financiamiento, en general, y el de crédito, en particular, el cual necesita el trabajo conjunto del sector público y privado, representado en los productores, sus asociaciones y agremiaciones, entidades financieras y toda la cadena productiva, incluyendo generadores y transmisores de tecnología y órganos de decisión y ejecución de políticas. La palma de aceite, por su alto nivel de competitividad y su disponibilidad de recursos aptos, constituye uno de los más importantes renglones de la política sectorial agropecuaria. Por ello, los mecanismos financieros que ofrece el Gobierno, a través de Finagro, son: Incentivo a la Capitalización Rural, Fondo Agropecuario de Garantía - FAG, financiamiento crediticio y la Bolsa Nacional Agropecuaria.es-ES
