Además se refiere a la entrega de la Visión 2000 - 2020 para el desarrollo de este sector que ofrece grandes oportunidades al país como contribución al nivel y calidad de vida, al bienestar, a la tranquilidad y a la paz, lo cual solo se puede conseguir con el compromiso y liderazgo de nuestro gobierno.
