| dc.description | The National Farming and Animal Husbandry Stock Exchange. BNA, besides being an instrument for commercializing farming and animal husbandry and agroindustrial products, today it is a generator of capital market instruments in order to reach the Colombian countryside. Within the new financial instruments that the BNA has created for the palm growing sector, the Forward Contracts are outstanding. These are contracts between individuals with the guarantee of third parties, the Swap operations in Forward contracts, the negotiation of the right to payment of the Forwards, report operations on invoices and financing, as of the exportation contracts. As far as the granting of titles for new oil palm plantings, these contemplate the constitution of an autonomous patrimony, with the future flows of 5 years of an existing plantation, plus the future flows of the new plantation which would be planted with the captured resources. Within the financing conditions for oil palm crops that the BNA will consider, the future flows coming from the palm growing activity are contemplated and they will not be centered on the soil, since the soil itself does not produce anything. The terms will be in accordance with the evolution characteristics of the crops, as well as the grace and capitalization terms of unproductive periods in order to make the payment conditions feasible. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Bolsa Nacional Agropecuaria - BNA, además de ser un instrumento para la comercialización de productos agropecuarios y agroindustriales, hoy en día es un generador de instrumentos de mercado de capitales para llegar al campo colombiano. Dentro de los nuevos instrumentos financieros que ha creado la BNA para el sector palmicultor se destacan los Contratos Forward, las operaciones Swap en contratos Forward, la negociación del derecho al pago de los Forward, operaciones de reporte sobre facturas y financiamiento a partir de los contratos de exportación. En lo referente a titularización para nuevas siembras de palma de aceite, ésta contempla la constitución de un patrimonio autónomo, con los flujos futuros de cinco años de una plantación existente, más los flujos futuros de la nueva plantación que se sembraría con los resultados captados. Dentro de las condiciones de financiamiento para cultivos de palma de aceite, que tendrá en cuenta la BNA, se contemplan los flujos futuros provenientes de la actividad palmicultora y no se centrarán en la tierra, pues la tierra por sí sola no produce nada. Los plazos serán acordes con las características de evolución de los cultivos al igual que los plazos de gracia y de capitalización de períodos improductivos para poder hacer viable las condiciones de pago. | es-ES |
