| dc.description | The Corporation Center for Research on Palm Oil (Cenipalma) is interested in promoting good practices and good agronomy amongst the Colombian palm growers in such a way that they can overcome the various problems that arise. In particular, those related to plagues and infections of their crops, which have attacked them, with an unusual ferocity in the last few years, especially Bud Rot. In this presentation we point out the progress and achievements of Cenipalma that the producers should take on board in order to carry out the task in hand. Useful and new actions that the entity carried out in 2008 and those that it will undertake in the future are described. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Corporación Centro de Investigación en Palma de Aceite (Cenipalma) está interesada en promover entre los palmicultores Colombianos las buenas prácticas y la buena agronomía, de manera que puedan afrontar de forma más expedita los diferentes problemas que se les presenten, especialmente relacionados con las plagas y las enfermedades de sus cultivos, que los han atacado con inusitada agresividad en los últimos años, en particular la Pudrición del Cogollo. En esta presentación se señalan los avances y los logros de Cenipalma, de los que deben apropiarse los productores para cumplir tal cometido. Se describen acciones útiles y novedosas que ha ejecutado la entidad durante el año 2008 y las que está emprendiendo hacia el futuro. | es-ES |
