Abstract
This article refers specifically to the alliances that Extractora Frupalma S.A. has developed in its area of influence in the departments of Magdalena and Cesar with the objective of generating progress in these communities. It currently maintains under this arrangement 3,400 hectares that benefit 234 families. A survey of the experience indicates that it is a win-win situation for all the parties involved. Este artículo se refiere específicamente a las alianzas que en su zona de influencia en los departamentos de Magdalena y Cesar ha construido Extractora Frupalma S.A., con el fin de generar en ellas el progreso de sus comunidades. En la actualidad mantiene bajo este esquema 3.400 hectáreas y de él se benefician 234 familias. Un recorrido por la experiencia demuestra que todas las partes involucradas ganan.
