Abstract
Work in 2 spheres (breeding and post-harvest technology) is surveyed under the following headings and subheadings: varietal breeding and physiology (resistance to drought; resistance to diseases; and improvement of yield); post-harvest technology (technological and seed qualities; industrial processing of the seed; and conservation and storage); and support for development (the establishment of seed production plans; and the development of groundnut for eating).
