Abstract
A technique for acclimatizing up to 30 000 plantlets produced from microcuttings or somatic embryogenesis under laboratory conditions is described. The protocol consists of 3 stages: plantlet preparation (1224 h), acclimatization (3 months) and thenursery stage (56 months). In trials with several thousand plantlets, a success rate of 9398 was obtained.
