dc.descriptionThe article presents a balance of the actions performed in the oil palm sector to achieve RSPO approval for its national interpretation of the organization's Principles and Criteria, which is expected to be submitted next July. The authors highlight the urgency of obtaining approval as soon as possible due to the serious questioning of palm oil production companies that do not yet have proper sustainability certification, and are consequently being left out of important markets.en-US

Sus autores resaltan la urgencia de obtener ese aval con la mayor prontitud, debido a que hay serios señalamientos contra las empresas productoras de aceite de palma que no cuentan con la certificación adecuada de sostenibilidad, y ello les está cerrando importantes mercados.es-ES
